When you use Rogue AI Co, we collect information that helps us provide and improve the service. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

We collect information you give us directly (like when you sign up or contact support) and information generated automatically as you use the product (like which features you use and when).

We do not collect sensitive personal data like health information, government IDs, or biometric data.

How we use it

We use your data to run the product, not to build profiles or sell to advertisers. Specifically:

To deliver the service — your account, your settings, your history. The basics.

To improve the product — understanding how features get used helps us build better ones. This is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

To communicate with you — product updates, security notices, and support responses. We don’t do unsolicited marketing without your opt-in.

To process payments — handled through our payment processor. We don’t store card numbers.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. Full stop. We share it only where necessary to operate:

Rogue Direct Hire & Stormberg Enterprises Incorporated — as the intermediary entity and ultimate parent company, both Rogue Direct Hire and Stormberg Enterprises Incorporated may access data across Rogue AI Co products for legal, compliance, and operational purposes.

Service providers — hosting, payments, analytics, and support tools. All bound by data processing agreements.

Legal requirements — if we’re required by law to disclose information, we’ll tell you when we can.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard security practices: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — but we take this seriously and act fast if something goes wrong.

Depending on where you are, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can also object to certain uses or withdraw consent at any time.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained longer.
