Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any Rogue AI Co product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all users, whether you’re accessing a pre-built system, commissioning a custom build, or using a subscription service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the platform
You agree to use Rogue AI Co products for lawful purposes only. You must not:
Misuse or reverse-engineer any part of our systems, tools, or proprietary AI builds.
Resell or redistribute Rogue AI Co products or outputs without prior written consent from Stormberg Enterprises Incorporated.
Interfere with platform integrity — including attempting to circumvent security measures, access other users’ data, or disrupt service availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are inactive for extended periods, in violation of these terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.

Payments & billing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected product or service.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Custom builds require 50% of the total agreed fee upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and sign-off.
We do not store full payment card details. All transactions are processed through our secure payment processor.

Intellectual property
All pre-built Rogue AI Co systems, tools, interfaces, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Stormberg Enterprises Incorporated. Purchase of a pre-built system grants you a non-exclusive license to use it — it does not transfer ownership.
For custom builds, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Rogue AI Co retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and learnings from the project for future work, without disclosing client-specific data.

Pre-built systems 15-day free trial
All pre-built Rogue AI Co systems come with a 15-day free trial. During this period you can evaluate the product fully before committing to a purchase — no payment is required upfront.
If you choose not to continue after the trial period, simply cancel before day 15 and you will not be charged. No refunds are issued for pre-built systems once the trial has ended and a purchase has been confirmed.
To cancel your trial before it converts to a paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] or cancel directly from your account settings before the trial end date.

Custom builds
Custom AI builds are scoped, priced, and agreed upon before work begins. The following terms apply to all custom build engagements:
50% upfront deposit — required before any work commences. This covers scoping, planning, and initial development.
50% on delivery — the remaining balance is due upon completion and client sign-off of the agreed deliverables.

If Rogue AI Co is unable to complete a custom build due to circumstances on our end, a partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of work not completed. We will always communicate proactively if a project is at risk of delay or non-delivery.

Subscriptions
Subscription plans (monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate promptly.

How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, email us with the following information:
Your name and account email — so we can locate your account quickly.
The product or service in question — pre-built system, custom build, or subscription.
Reason for the request — a brief description of the issue or your circumstances.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
